Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality and Support Analyst to join our team and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our mobile platform built on flutter.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in both manual and automated testing, customer support.

You will be responsible for identifying bugs, optimising workflows, and ensuring that our platform meets the highest quality standards before deployment, solving customer queries

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications built with Flutter.
• Use platforms like Telegram, Zendesk to solve customer issues
• Perform manual and automated testing for functionality, UI, security, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Test mobile app designs, UX, and UI improvements to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to improve application quality.
• Conduct regression testing and validate bug fixes before deployment.
