Restrictions and Usage Guidelines

The Avici Card services cannot be used for transactions or interactions involving individuals, entities, or locations identified as high-risk. This includes regions or individuals under global sanctions or other restricted designations. Avici prohibits the usage of its Card services in any way that contravenes international laws, sanctions, or regulations.

Access is restricted for businesses or individuals operating from or associated with prohibited regions. Avici reserves the right to revise these guidelines in response to legal requirements, regulatory updates, or internal risk assessments.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

Avici Card services are unavailable for users to residents of the following countries:

Russia Belarus Venezuela Cuba Iran Syria North Korea Ukraine Turkey Israel Mainland China India Vietnam Nepal Iraq

Cannot spend in the following countries: Syria Iran Cuba North Korea Russia Ukraine Venezuela

Prohibited Uses of Avici Card Services

Avici Card services may not be used for:

  1. Illegal or Restricted Trade

• Handling unauthorised substances or regulated drugs without proper licensing.

• Manufacturing, distributing, or selling firearms, ammunition, or related accessories.

• Hosting, distributing, or sharing illegal content.

• Engaging in gambling, lotteries, or games of chance.

• Providing services related to prostitution or adult escorting.

• Selling counterfeit items or operating deceptive schemes.

  1. Violation of Intellectual Property

• Selling or distributing content protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents without authorization.
