The role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to own distribution and activation at Avici.

This is not a brand marketing role. Your job is to turn the right users into active customers who fund their account, make their first transaction and keep using Avici.

You will work directly with the founders across growth, product, data, partnerships and operations. You should be equally comfortable finding a new distribution channel, analyzing a conversion drop, launching an experiment and speaking to customers yourself.

What you will own

1. Grow the number of monthly active customers and total transaction volume.
2. Own the funnel from approved user to funded account, first transaction and repeat usage.
3. Build and scale distribution through communities, creators, affiliates, partnerships, referrals and other high-intent channels.
4. Design and run activation and retention experiments with clear hypotheses, costs and success criteria.
5. Work with product and engineering to remove friction across onboarding, funding, card setup and first use.
